HOW TO DANCE URBAN KIZ COURSE IN HOUSTON
UrbanKiz is a new style of dance deriving from Kizomba an Angolan dance. The dance style evolved influenced by Ghettozouk and fusion with R&B, Rap, Dance and Hip Hop as Kizomba started to spread across Europe, US, and Canada. The dance is fun, it's music interpretation is very creative and connection between dancers more open to fusion with other dance styles. Singles and couples welcome.
Donovan Davis as our new guest instructor for UrbanKiz / Kizomba workshops in Houston! He is such an amazing dancer, full of flavor, and charisma! Join his workshop as he will raise your dance skills to the next level! Open level is open to both beginner to intermediate dancers!

Singles: Save $5 when you sign up in advance: $25/p early bird
Couples: Save $15 when you sign up in advance: $45/couple early bird

ABOUT DONOVAN DAVIS
Born and raised in Houston, Texas. Donovan started dancing at the age of 7 and have been dancing ever since. His base style is popping but has trained in styles such as hip-hop, house, salsa, bachata, and kizomba. He loves to inspire people with the positive energy he gives through his passion in dance. Coming from the Solo (Hip-Hop) dance world and now into the Partner dance scene (ie. Bachata / Kizomba), he plans to build a bridge between the two worlds because all of us dancers are connected. Donovan has a unique style in the social dance scene, in which, he plans to continue to train and travel to become the best version of himself.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Wear something casual and comfortable.
✓ Men: Dress shoes with leather soles.
✓ Ladies: You can bring low heels and flat shoes in case you like to change.
✓ Tennis shoes and sandals are not recommended.
